Home Sold

After almost 1 year and a half of being on the market, we sold our home. Closing was yesterday, everything went well. We are now officially homeless and moochers (mooching off of Ivonne's parents). There were a few minor hiccups at first, we thought we were going to have to bring $1500 more then we actually had (imagine the scramble for trying to get more money), but we actually ended up needing to bring $1000 less!

We have our eye on one neighborhood in particular in the Denver area, it's called Southshore (http://www.livesouthshore.com/). They are setting this community up to be like a seaside community and reminds me of Long Island a lot. The model we are looking at has 4 bedrooms, but there is an office we can make into a 5th. We are excited and should be making a decision on our new home soon.
